PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI KERJA GURU SMA NEGERI KOTA GUNUNGSITOLI

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kompetensi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Gunungsitoli Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi guru SMA di Gunungsitoli. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 guru SMA di Gunungsitoli yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari 18 guru laki-laki dan 32 guru perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Disiplin kerja guru lebih dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kompetensi kerja guru secara signifikan.

Kesimpulan : Motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gunungsitoli baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

ABSTRACT

The problem in this researc is the low job competence of teachers in SMA Negeri Gunungsitoli City. This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work experience on high school teacher competency in Gunungsitoli. The participants in this study were 50 high school teacher in Gunungsitoliwho have had a certificate of educator. This study used a total sampling technique, which means that the entire population was used as a research samplethat consisting of 18 male teachers and 32 female teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The questionnaire has been validated and found to be valid and reliable. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regressions by using SPSS. Hypothesis testing results indicates a significant effect. Discipline work of teacher more dominant influence the increasing of cometency teacher working significantly.Working motivation, discipline of working and experiencing of teachers effect on the working of teachers in Gunungsitoli either partially or simultancously.
