DELONE MCLEAN MODEL SEBAGAI KONSTRUK PENGUKURAN FAKTOR KEBERHASILAN PENERAPAN E-HEALTH DI SURABAYA
Abstract
Pelayanan publik di Surabaya sangatlah massif dipopulerkan oleh Walikota Surabaya, senada dengan tujuan dikembangkannya pelayanan publik yang prima Kepala Bappeko Surabaya menginginkan adanya pemaksimalan peran e-Health di Surabaya untuk memberikan informasi kepada pasien. Penerapan e-Health yang telah dilakukan sejak beberapa tahun lalu sangat menunjang dalam menuju pelayanan publik yang prima namun penerapan ini menjadi harapan sekaligus tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh Pemkot Surabaya, maka untuk melihat keberhasilan penggunaan e-Health di Surabaya perlu dilakukan pengamatan faktor-faktor keberhasilan dalam penerapan e-Health. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini membagikan kuesioner secara offline dan online, didapatkan 410 responden warga Surabaya untuk kemudian dianalasis menggunakan teknik SEM melalui konstruk Delone Mclean Model (DMM) yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini didapati faktor kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan mampu mendorong kepuasan pengguna menjadi faktor kuat pengaruh keberhasilan e-Health di Surabaya.
